Hello,
On my saved file, Leandra is alive, but i don't see a choice at the keep. Is there any way to add that?

The only way she is alive is that you haven't finished the game, a bug, or a mod. None of which are going to be represented in the Keep.

In other words, she is suppose to be dead, no matter what.

Maybe its a bug,. All i did was followed this wiki and the quest "All That Remains" never showed up in act 2.
After clearing the area, Moira will arrive. You can tell her you killed Gascard. As he wasn't the culprit, the only storyline impact is the restriction imposed in the later quest, All That Remains.
Otherwise, Moira will tell you there is a dangerous mage about that the Knight-Commander Meredith will want captured and run off. You can either:
- Implicate him in Emeric's murder ("Yes. He fooled me.") The templar tells you she will inform the city guard and that Gascard DuPuis will not escape the city alive. This may lead to his execution off-screen by the templars. This restricts your options for completing All That Remains.
- Clear him (I don't think so."), which she replies that they will have to continue investigation that Emeric started, considering he was right and died for it.

O.o Why would that make All that Remains not show up? The killer is still on the loose. There is just one less option available in All that Remains.

Yeah, i think that saved file was bugged. I'm gonna replay the game while i wait for the last patch for DAI 
I also managed to work with both the smuggler and mercenary with that particular playthrough, lol. It was one of those nice glitches
