What jokes? I never found her afterwards. It seems like she just ceased to exist. I ended up reloading and making her a commoner instead.
She stands to the left of The Inquisitor's bed room door, but she's fairly buggy and only seems to appear about 50% of the time.
My Lavellan sentenced the Duchess and her box to community service. I love how enthusiastic she was about it. 
Surly jester outcome is my preference. Hearing her disgruntled little quips when you run up to her in her jester gear is priceless.
I love the frequent cuts to the box...and I'm pretty sure I can hear a fly buzzing when he says "She's dead".
I also love the follow-up War Table mission to that. Especially Cullen's response to you showing around the remains:
''Since we're being barbaric, why not put her head on a pike? No, no, I was joking, don't put her head on a pike! (sigh). You want her head on a pike.''
IRL I was all ''I dooooo''. I wish that line was voic acted. And that we had the opportunity to go all Joffrey Baratheon/Caesar and fill the spikes of Skyhold with the heads of our enemies.

Plus you can hear flies buzzing around during the silence.
I guess I missed out, I exposed her in front of the whole court and sentenced her to the chantry or as she put it a life of boredom.
