-If you using AMD graphic cards, update your graphic card to "AMD Catalyst Software Suite Omega" (not the beta driver)

-Launch the game in OFFLINE MODE, follow this path: Origin-->Go Offline

-Disable Origin Overlay from application settings as well as right click "game properties" "disable overlay for this game)

 

These 3 steps decreased my freezing to minimum rate, "EA BioWare" Intro may still freeze but after that

You will see marching Templars without freezing

NVidia user, and what I get is stuttering on the screen with the mages and Templars, and then they seem like they're racing to get where they should be. I'd bug report it, but I find it rather amusing to watch.
