Hello I am in Exalted Plains and I cannot finish quest A Familiar Ring. I talked to NPC but she moved during conversetion and it was aboandoned, so I activated conversation again and I could only proceed with other quest. A Familiar Ring quest is not completed and only option in conversation I get is goodbye.

Well, I have only about 50% of the map open - it may take a while to get there. Before the patches if a camp officer moved in conversation it could cause a random error, like you ignored the quest and you had to wait quite a while until it came up again. Have you tried a saved game incase its one of the menu bugs, many don't repeat.
save I could go for is 1,5 game hour back but its about 6 days real time,so many long time missions would be lost :/ bad there is not more save slots I think it goes with that stupid save limit
I should say conversation started when I came close to npc, I didnt start it.
I hope devs see that
Did u do save and try again, I didnt have time due to work to test it more, and now I just want to finish the game
