Dorian, Cassandra, Iron Bull, and Varric, though he doesn't seem quite as bro-ish as he was with Hawke.

My male human mage Inquisitor bromanced Cullen a lot. He firmly supported Cullen's ideas of having healer's travel with templar support (he probably got that idea from the one good thing Anders ever did; help refugees) and having mages work with soldiers in order to have the common people not fear them. After talking to Solas, it made me think that if the people had less fear and envy of magic, it would weaken the influence of demons, which would give mages less reason to worry and be more open (so on and so forth)

He also bromanced Solas, since he found his ideas completely fascinating.

My lady elf Inquisitor sis-manced the crap out of Cassandra, Leliana, and Josephine.

Dorian = Best Friend Forever.  My Inquisitor also totaled bro'd it up with Viv and Cass, but when I got Dorian's speech about how she was his best and only friend, there was no way he wasn't getting a promotion ahead of them.

Solas and Cole were my "bromances" even though they are the 2 least "bro" guy characters. I loved all of their dialogue at base and kept them in my party for most of the game.

Sera was a bromance too in a way since i had a guy inquis. She was one of my most disliked characters at first and one of my most beloved at the end. She's really sweet when she tries to be.

For me I chose Blackwall because he is a man who made some terrible mistakes in the past but has spent the latter part of his life working on his redemption.  I can totally relate to that since I feel people should have a chance to earn their redemption being that we're people and we're fallable.

Sera, My Qunari Male Inquisitor. Is always humbled by her antics and Cookies. mmm Roof Cookies.

Dorian is the greatest bro to ever bro.  My Lavellan started out bros with Sera, but they had a bit of a falling out over the Temple of Mythal.  I was also bros with Cole and surprisingly Leliana.  I wasn't a huge fan of Leliana in DA:O but loved her in DA:I.

Dorian ended up my first Inquisitor's Best Friend Forever - they had a surprising among in common for a Carta rat and a fancy Tevinter mage. I guess they were both just so snarky and flirty that they couldn't help bonding  .

She was also good pals with Varric, Iron Bull, Josephine and - to my surprise - Cullen. Cole was like her adoptive baby brother - she just wanted to wrap him in a blanket and feed him chocolate, and kept him out of most of the fighting. She clashed with Cassandra a lot at the beginning, but the two of them gradually warmed up to each other and ending up becoming friends. That was a very touching character arc.

She clashed with Sera and Vivienne a lot, but they also liked her eventually if they didn't always agree. Same with Leliana. The only person she really wasn't friends with was Solas. I never got any of his personal quests, and I was startled near the end of the game when he said he respected my Inquisitor. I really thought he actively disliked her!

Her relationship with Blackwall was not a bromance. Unless bromances have been redefined to include passionate declarations of love and !@#$ing in the hayloft.

Cassandra and Dorian in all playthroughs. I can't help it, they're the perfect bromance for a Female Inquisitor!

I feel like I was closest with Dorian and Cass on my first playthrough. When Dorian told me he wanted to stay awhile after it was all done because his best and only friend was here I was like d'aaaaw. :3

Dorian <3. To my surprise my inquisitor ended up bonding with Cassandra too, but I just adore Dorian so much. I now have to roll a male elf to romance him.

Personally, I'd have a bromance with the only person the game let me have a bromance (or lesbromance) with: Sera. Out of everyone, she's the only character who gets unique interactions if you befriend her. I wish they'd included this for everyone. If we can sit on the roof with Sera, why can't we play chess with Dorian? Spar with Iron Bull or Cassandra? I'd love to see more friendship interactions in future Bioware games, even at the expense of romance.

I liked Sera too for that reason too. It was cool to have that interaction. I also would say Cullen as a really good bonding moment too. At least to me it was.

Bull, Cass, Vivi & Dorian.

Love Varric, but he is obviously Hawke's bro.

I am kinda freaked out how so many people love Solas, cause I am not connecting with him at all.

My female human mage inquisitor became BFF buddies with Dorian.  But only friends, not friends with benifits, I was hoping for benifits for my female inquisitor tell i found out otherwise.  But good friends / bromance works too since the way he sees himself my female inquisitor may as well be his bro.

Iron Bull. It got very gay very quickly, though.

Dorian next.

Honestly? Everybody except Vivienne and Cassandra. I don't like Vivienne enough to even role-play my Inquisitor into liking her, and Cassandra is the canon romance in my games.

Dorian for my female inquisitor. Mage buddies for life!
Unless being hopelessly in love with him turns it into a sad story of unrequited love *g*
I'll never forget how happy Dorian was when I insisted to keep flirting. And he did. And it's beautiful. Best friendship since Liara (but she was in love with Shep anyway).

Also Cassandra. She disapproved at lot at first but now we're good friends. She's my character's role model. She'd to anything to support Cassandra's vision of a better world. Damn superhero that woman.

Varric grew on me unlike in DA2. which is odd considering I got rather emotional surrounding Hawke's return.

Dorian, Bull, Cullen Blackwall, and Sera.

Can't say I was particularly closer to any one of them, compared to Origins where I can say for certainty that Oghren was my Warden's best friend or DA2 where Varric was Hawke's best friend.

But my Inquisitor was definitely closest to those five(except for Cassandra, who he romanced). He was friendly with Josephine, tolerant of Cole, and respectful with Vivienne and Solas, but those five were his friends.
