Okay, so I redeemed my Cerberus Network card through the game. I used
this Social account's information. But back on the main screen it
doesn't say my Cerberus Network was activated, and I got no download or
anything. It still leaves the button for activating the Cerberus
Network card. If I try to put it in again, or try to register it
through the website, it says the code was already used (or on FireFox
gives me a stupid error; you guys need to support FF better).

So, I'm pretty angry right now.

I entered all my codes and redeemed them via website, I got all the armor (downloaded and installed) but I entered the Cerberus code via the site and when I launch the game or go to download the DLC, it says I still need to redeem the code.

same thing is happing to me as well, because of this bug i cannot access the dlc atm, entered it on this website and in the game, but it is still asking for the code on the ME2 website, oh i have the PC version btw.

I'm having the same issue. I bought the Collectors Edition PC, entered all codes through the website while the game was installing, then when I launched the game it asked for the Cerberus code. I entered the same one from my card, but now it says it is already in use! Ya, by MY account... but I can't log in to Cerb.

It worked for me. 360 version. registered game with EA then put in codes and gave me the download for free in-game

i am also having the same issue. i just recently bought the game for the X360. i went online as i was instructed to, and registered the code. when the prompt comes up to redeem via the game. its already in use. (no surprise there). this is quite frustrating I am not willing to put down microsoft points for something i already got for free.... thanks BioWare....

Having this issue with PC. When I registered the Cerberus Network card on the website, it just gave me another Collector's Armor. Hopefully this gets fixed and we get access to CN!

I downloaded off the website than when I got in game it said I needed to authenticate through Cerberus. I enter my login info and then it says please wait. Twenty minutes later it still says please wait so I restart and try again. Wait 30 minutes this time. Try again, still waiting.

seriously. on this website everything is unlocked, but obviously now I can use the code for EA's website. I also can't even link my gamertag to my EA account.

I redeemed my codes, both the terminus armor/ M-490 heavy weapon and the cerburus system codes, and neither is showing up in-game. It says I gotta buy the cerburus network and i have new messages at my private terminal ... DAMN IT ALL!

I downloaded all 5 dlcs for the pc just now without any problems, I bought my digital deluxe edition through steam so I'm not sure if it's a retail problem or something else.

 i have the collector's edition and put the redeem codes for the terminus armor and weapon and the collective armor and rifle and went to my game under shepard's terminal and it wasnt there i wish the codes were just done on the xbl marketplace instead...this is what pissed me off reserving this 6 months prior to launch and no armor....hope they fix this issue soon:ph34r:

Tried the the info in the link and it still doesnt work, still cant get the cerberus network downloads

It appears that I am in fine company. Having had a windfall of sorts i have 2100 points on my Xbox account and have tried to buy a connection in-game. The console dash just flicks up for a little time and thats all.



One major question is why do Xbox bother having the Network for purchase in the Marketplace when you get the message that this 'is not for purchase online from the Xbox site'?

Guys I have my network card but have not redeemed it yet *phew* but listening to all your comments i would like to point out one thing, try redeeming it on EA as mentioned on the back of the card
