What are the number as the bottom of the match summery screen at the end of a match? Is that damage? Everyone gets same xp right?

You mean on the bars? If yes, then it's the XP each player "generated". Each player get the combined XP from the whole team, although technically medals are "personal" XP as they only apply to that particular player and not the team. It's also worth mentioning that bronze medals are worth 50 XP while gold ones would be in the 200-250 XP range. It's far from being a big contributor to XP so it's general consensus to say XP is shared 100%.

 

Note to Bioware: it would be nice if we could actually see the XP numbers clearly like on the first bar. Either show the numbers correctly or don't bother at all...

Agreed, you can hardly see the numbers on the 1st bar and no chance on the others make the text black or something.
