How do you deal with them?

There is a quest in Exalted Plains - after you unlock the bridge operation, where you have to fight 2 Arcane Horrors (lvl 15 mobs, immune to any CC, high mobility / teleport, 15k hp on NM, huge single target damage - it's a channel that deals spirit damage, stealthing / moving / line of sighting doesn't stop it once it's cast on one of your guys until the channel is finished or target is dead) and they also have a mass of undead - several melee skeletons with 7k+ HP, some normal ones with 5k hp, and skeleton archers with poisoned arrows.

I just found those the most difficult scripted encounters in game so far, the damage the AH can do to anyone in your party is insane (the channeled drain), you can only knock them down they are immune to everything else.

Oh, god. I remember doing that the other day. Simply put, it was a nightmare. Thankfully I had full Focus when I ran into that encounter. What's your party set-up?

The way I got around it was by making Cass use her Templar Focus skill, which helped a ton because that means my party wouldn't get insta-gibbed. I'm also a Knight Enchanter so I had Barrier up on myself and my whole team every time it came off cooldown. Basically I'd cast Disruption Field on the Arcane Horror, this would delay him long enough for me to take care of his minions, after they were all down I just focused him down. I find that the best way to fight him is in Tac-Cam because you get to pause it right before he does that crazy Spirit spell that kills just about anything in its way.

Another way to do it rather quickly is if you have Varric in your party. Activate his Focus skill and spam Explosive Shot/Full Draw into the Arcane Horrors face, if your Varric is well equipped, it'll die very quickly.

Walking Bomb, Firewall and Static cage to deal with the skeletons.

Focus fire the Arcane Horror.

This is on Nightmare.

It was okay. Taunted everything, and the only thing ended up hurting me was the Poison. So I ordered my party to kill the archers first while I kept everything else occupied.

To the Bolt applies to Arcane Horror's ranged spirit attacks, so as long as your tank is facing them the damage would be fully mitigated. Keep them at ranged though with taunts, since if you approach them they'll start teleporting around. A single barrage to your back is going to hurt a lot.

Well I have Solas as Rift Mage with Lightning Cage, Sera archery, Cas full tank with some templar skills and myself archer as well. The problem is that I can't taunt everyone before damage starts going off and both Sera and myself using either leaping Shot or Long Shots will mean tons of aoe damage which means - aggro - 2 shots from skeleton archers through barrier and full guard means I have to pop a healing / regen potion in next 3 secs, if one of the arcane horrors decides to pick same target it's certain death hehe.

I just can't get Cas in position to taunt both Arcane Horrors in time, and her going in melee range to be able to shout will cause them to teleport as well. I can burst one Arcane Horror instantly that's no problem, but for some reason asking Sera to use Thousand Cuts makes her trying to walk to the target before using the skill - through a mass of undead. Putting her in stealth beforehand does nothing if I don't stay on her as she cancels it instantly for no reason at all even without attacking so yeah hehe.

Again I can win those fights, they just never go the way I want / plan for, AI is always going to do something mindblowing in certain scripted fights while in others it acts decently well (had  both sera and solas use their reposition skills to great success on their own in dragon / giant fights), and I am not happy wasting half of my healing pots on a single fight when there's 6 of them plus a 50k+ HP Boss at end with a HUGE shield hehe.

Try veil striking the horrors only when they start channeling the OP spirit thingy, maybe it works.

The horrors are like turrets. Use combat roll or Charging Bull to begin evasion of them. and keep moving around them in a circular manner until the channel stops.  Did these battles on Nightmare with a 2h Inquisitor tank, Dorian spec'd with Necromancer/Frost, Varric and Sera. Think the only focus I used was my Mark of the Rift level 1. Wasn't too bad at all.  Maybe a SnS tank can use Shield Wall considering it basically works as an invul on everything else.

Try to draw the hordes away from the Horror. The Horror won't come after you, and if you position yourself right, he'll just sit there shooting a wall. Rushing the Horror is suicide, since he'll just teleport around. You can pull it off sometimes with an archer assassin, but otherwise, just hide from him until you've dealt with everything else. Once you are ready, shield wall is your friend. The warrior AI takes care of this nicely, actually, just make sure they taunt.

Kill the undead with Mark of the Rift. Just one should kill all of them.

Try taunting Horrors with S&S warrior - Shield Wall does a decent job of protecting from the spirit-channel spell.

Thousand Cuts should be able to one-shot singular Arcane Horror (perhaps even both).

I think they can be stunned, so you can set up combos.

Fire Mine works decently, as they're weak to fire.

There's a grenade that sends bees flying around the target.  It won't kill him, but it will stop him from teleporting.

I rushed my 2H warrior to the Arcane horror, threw the grenade before he could react, then I kept hitting him until he died.
Ideally, your entire party will follow you on the rempart, so everyone keeps the minions at bay while you fight him.  If the bees stop before you kill it, throw another grenade.

If you have mage specialized in electricity, I think the static cage will also keep him in place.

As far as taunting 2 arcane horrors at once goes, just make sure Cass is the first thing they both see then cast challenge on one and make sure everyone focuses the one Cass has taunted.  Gotta have your whole group fight one at a time, and DON'T get into melee range with Cass or anyone else; if everyone stays at range they won't teleport, barrier or anything annoying like that.  Just have Cass sit near the rest of the group with her sheild up deflecting while the rest of your group kills them at range.

The problem with leaving the AI to control the tank - even after you issue a specific command (anything except hold position) is that it will do something else in the next second. Like Dashing toward the target, or after aoe taunt a group of mobs turning back to them and face party like saying look guys I got them all to beat on me (and they are actually beating up on her and she doesn't have ignore flank dmg at that point hehe), so yeah :)

Giving Sera command to use Thousand Cuts if she's not in melee range - 1 second later - flask of lightning - shoot arrows - hey I told you to do that cool move! - stealth - flask of fire - leaping shot even further away - more precisely exactly when the dragon does the pull in move haha :)

Leave the undead, since they spawn constantly. I focused my two ranged to killing the AH while my two melees killed ranged undead and generally kept them busy. My warrior taunting the AH and using the undead to build guard to mitigate damage. I killed as many undead a possible before engaging the AH which gave a little more time before they reappeared.

On a side note, while AH teleport alot, they aren't doing damage when they are evading :)

This too, I didn't bother doing this until I got to the North near the Fort where it got a bit more intense.
