The topic dedicated to lack of space on skill panel.
First of all, i want to say about what has been said about this problem by Bioware itself.
"DAI is about tactics". So how we have to understand this, that's about how you use your skill arsenal in synergy with skill arsenal of your companions. That's sound well, ok. BUT, is this really a reason to limit players with only 8 slots? I do not think so and i will tell you why.
An example.
Rogue (dual wield)/Tempest
2nd half of the game
15-24 lvl
So what we have.
2 Concentration abilities (2 / 8)
3 flask ice/fire/lightning (5 / 8)
Right and here the fun сomes true. A real action, your main abilities which you have to use over and over (Also remember about synergy flask of fire is a synergy skill, what i said, ALL flasks are synergy skills)
AND 3 slots... Right. I've just forgot that we MUST have some ESCAPE ability. Let's see Sneak (MUST HAVE) and Hook and tackle (GREAT I WANT THAT TOO), but the problem that i will have 1 REAL damaging skill. That's no fun,no synergy, no tactics.
Okay i wanted to much. Let take only INVISIBILITY. So we have 2 slots left. Well twin fangs is a skill which u will get anyway. And mortal blow is another must have skill.
But let's think about tactics. What if i want to have some armor break opener (if the target has armor (Twin fangs)) and for unarmored i want to have smth cheaper faster and comfortable (Shadow strike). I think that IS THE TACTICS. That u have options what to use. That you have to examine foe's weaknesses and act in optimal way against diffirent enemies. That's what the tactics is.
SO what do, i will not fear to tell, everyone want,TO HAVE THAT 2 MORE SLOTS on PC's Skill panel. EVEN WITHOUT 9 and 0 bindings.
P.S. DLC will make people reach even higher levels what is absolutely pointless, because there is no space. So better do it late, but not too late.
