I have played most of the game, closed almost every rift, and I don't have enough revenant hearts to make a superb cleansing rune. Any suggestions?

I wish I could give you suggestions but alas, I cant--I will say this a superb cleansing rune only gives you 32 points (I believe) so when you look at the creatures hit points that would be affect by that rune--it really isn't a big deal.
