Alright, i bought the game off Direct2Drive (My mistake), and have been trying to get it to install ever since. I can launch the setup just fine, but after accepting the Terms i just get a message that says "Installation canceled". I did not cancel the installation, is this a safeguard in till 10 am from Bioware to make sure no one starts early? or is it an actual problem?

Probably. Does D2D offer a preload option like Steam? If not, you may have to wait.
