Canr Recruit Iron Bull

No idea if all my saves on my character are corrupt since ive tried them all with the same result, when i go to the Storm Cost to recruit Iron Bull well i cant, all the enemies he is facing take no damage, all effects from skills/spells etc the effect work on them but no dmg is done to them so they are basically immortal.

I will try another character see if it the same

EDIT: loaded up a old save on another character an it was fine, guessing maybe all saves on this toon have something the matter with them, mind boggled

EDIT2: Seems to be a range thing, although i can target an put status effects on the targets aswell as do things like shatter etc i actually had to move into melee as a archer to start seeing dmg done.

Problem solved i guess
