Not sure whether this could be altered, or even would be. But I have some thoughts on the inventory, as I find it a bit annoying to use when I cycle through items. It would be helpful if other players could give their opinions as to what I've listed here. I'm unsure whether others have put forward these suggestions, as I couldn't find any pages that had done so.
The pop-up boxes that give information on what's equipped compared to what is highlighted is in a bit of an annoying location. You have a big empty space at the top centre of the screen. It would fit perfectly for this information when cycling items. It covers up the name of the item as well as the numbers for their effectiveness. So I can't see something like, 90, 144, 96 etc.... in the order my weapons/armour is. If it was numerical, I would at least then know that the lower/higher stat items are at either end. As I also have a lot of accessories, I can't even see the names of them unless I keep moving the cursor to and from the list for comparing.
If something like this could be put into effect, then it'd be perfect for the item that's being compared is the one highlighted. I have to click on every single item in the list to see it! Surely, having the stats for the item you're currently on and just being able to press up/down a load of times would be better than clicking around the list. Or is this just me? I can't cycle the list the way it is, due to the boxes covering it, and it stays showing me the last thing I looked at if I shoot up/down the whole list.
It'd be good if there was a button to click that could organise it, so it would group them in ascending/descending order of power, type (rogue rings, warrior rings etc...)
Or if not the latter, then actually be able to choose whether to hide items that are unusable on the current selection of character. I go through my main mage character.....I don't want to have to look through 20 rings that aren't usable for them every time I look to see whether I have better equipment to upgrade to. A simple button to have only mage things show for mage chars etc.... would be great. As well as hiding the current weapon in the list that's equipped. There's no need for that.
I also dislike the arrows to cycle between chars in the inventory. Half the time I try and click to cycle right, it goes left. It'd be better if there were 4 small character icons instead. That way, I can see exactly who I am clicking on and won't go the wrong way.
The last thing is the map. Every time I go into it (which is a lot) I have to zoom out. I like it zoomed out so I can see the whole thing all the time. It should be able to stay where I left it if that's how I choose to have it.
