It does not auto crit nor does it remove the cooldown on steallth on kill. Is it a bug? If so should I respec out of it or should I keep it for the cooldown redcution?
Shadow Strike from stealth with assassin spec?

I'm still having an issue with this. I read elsewhere that the cooldown reduction its supposed to give to stealth while flanking is currently bugged as well. Any help would be appreciated.
Also I'm on ps4. PSN is konnect
