Are there any accessories or mastercraft materials that boost mana? I have found an amulet that boosts stamina, but not mana. I have some mastercraft materials that boost stamina, but not mana. I tried to put + stamina on a staff hoping it would translate to mana, but it didn't boost it at all.

Not that i know of. Best thing we have is the ability cost reduction enchantments.

There is a masterwork one that gives +10 mana. But I believe thats the highest I've found.

 

So silly that rogues and warriors get a +50 stamina necklage but we mages cant get a +50mana necklage.

I think it's because Mages can use mana potions to increase amount and regen and wars/rogues can't.
