From what I can tell, there should be an option to forcibly recruit the noble (basically take his lands and what not). But I can't seem to get that -- I can let Sera kill him, tell him to vamoose, or partner with him (or talk to him long enough she kills him anyway). What do I need to do to get the "You're working with the Inquisition, and not as partners" dialog option? From a video, it has at crown "mood" icon, instead of a question mark by it.

You need the nobility knowledge perk from Josephine's perk list

Actually the crown option I believe is related to being a human noble. Any other race won't work.
