So I play my Assassin and my Alchemist. Both use same setup.
2x AoE Daggers.
Even when I rake in a lot of kills, in the match summary, I don't get any Weapon Kill Count. It's not in Challenge either.
I'd get 20+ Ability Kills, and maybe 5+ Combo Kills. But no Dagger Kill at all.
Is it just me ??
I just finished a round with someone else as an Assassin, and he got Dagger Kill counts just fine.
Known bug, dual bladed doesn't count as dagger and has no available medals. Shouldn't use AoE daggers anyway. 
So, I should use single-target Daggers only ?
I salvaged all of em

Just tested. Having a single target dagger in either left or right hand will count the kills toward the challenge.

It wont, because kills fdone by either of daggers. This means 50% of your kills will not count
It is huge change in score when you wield dual-blade
this game is so glitchy and buggy. Thats why i waiting it to be fixed or it will burn me quite fast
People who use AoE daggers usually only use it in the main hand in order to get the AoE animation for both weapons. You are gimping yourself unnecessarily by using it in the offhand because one in the mainhand is all you need to get AoE for both weapons.
It is important to have high damage single-target weapon in at least the offhand because your ability damage is based upon weapon damage, and your abilities are either AoE or single-target depending upon the ability, NOT whether your weapon is AoE or single-target.
A big warning to 2handed warriors, the single-target mauls have ~10% more DPS to their AoE counterparts, but they also have ridiculously stupid targeting. You will miss 25-50% of your basic attacks with them. AoE 2handers are almost always better than single-target 2handers, unless you use abilites 95% of the time or have a very high stat single-target 2hander.
Thanks for bringing this up ya'll. I was unaware of this one, just checked locally and verified the problem. We have two weapon types, one for dagger and one for AOE dagger. The medal is only triggering off of non-aoe daggers. That means if you have one AOE dagger and one normal any kills where the last hit is the AOE dagger will not count toward the medal but the other will. Two AOE daggers, as described in the thread will result in no medal. I'll forward this on to get an issue started.

That's good to know. I had tested to see if it provided kills, but I didn't actually keep track of my kill count as I was trying to test it before heading out to work this morning. Thanks for the clarification and thanks BWEAmelia for submitting the issue!
