I imagine this is a good 1-2 combo, as it puts you behind a enemy?

I upgraded Flank Attack into re-stealthing with my dual wield Tempest. I could stealth, get behind an enemy, Flask of Lightning, hit them a few times, use Twin Fangs when Flask ran out, then Flank Attack for damage + restealth.

On Normal, it worked most of the time.

Combo:

Stealth - Twin Fangs - melee - Deathblow - dead

combo 2

Stealth - Twin Fangs - melee - Flank Attack - Deathblow

Flank attack is your second stealth, your easy-to-flank ability and your movement ability in-combat.

Twin Fang is your core attack, your jumping madness of an attack.

The problem occurs with stamina regen as a Rogue. But that is solved with Dance of Death and Looked Like it hurts.

And, yes. Stealth - flank - Twin Fangs deal lots of damage. So if you got the stamina, flank attack + Twin Fangs are solid stuff!

Sadly neither the restealthing of flank attack nor the acutal hitting of twin fangs works reliably 100% in my experience... anybody having a different experience?

Flank attack does not work with elevation. It teleports you or bug you out. Known bug.

Twin fang is OK, but non-AoE daggers got a very small hit range, which means Twin Fangs get a small range. Not sure if weirdly intentional, or a bug. It's annoying.

okay, so I need to get aoe dagger and need to work on my positioning. this makes flank attacks kinda useless in uneven terrain though.
