Before you can link your Xbox LIVE Gamertag to your EA Master Account,
you need to log in to any online EA game with your Xbox or Xbox 360.
Once that is done, check your email inbox at the address you used to
sign up for your Xbox LIVE Gamertag for an email from us describing
what you need to do to link up your accounts.

OK, so does this mean I need to create an acct inside ME2?  and then I can link my "personna" to my gamer tag?  I'm still OK?
My copy is supposed to arrive today, and I was confused by the armor email EA sent to me so I'm checking this out ahead of time.
This situation is weak sauce.

This whole process is completely unnecessary and very aggitating. Every other DLC i've gotten just had a redeem code for the 360. Isn't that what the "Redeem" option is for? I have no idea what the hell they were thinking, or if they were even thinking at all... I've never been so annoyed with something I am supposed to be "having fun" with...

EA being rubbish as usual and have probably done it on purpose so that most people end up paying for the Cerberus Network anyway.

This is an utter PR nightmare. EA master accounts, bioware social sight accounts, PSN-linked accounts vs. XBL linked accounts, Cerebus interface problems based on all of the above . . .

The folks at Bioware are talented and smart and it's disappointing to have this much confusion on launch day for such a highly anticipated game! Way to ruin so many gamer's first experience with the game . . . EA/Bioware!

Yes, it's not cool, but does anyone know the answer to my question?
