Unless someone else knows differently as to how to access the Alternative Appearance pack then that is all I can suggest. (I think there was something about it a long while back, but I don't know much about that particular problem.) I am not sure what makes you seem to think it's part of the Cerberus Network though because it is a separate dlc (as you yourself indicates).

I would suggest the obvious thing of checking to see if it has downloaded correctly, and perhaps to redownload it just in case your original download was corrupt.

Holy crap this has been going on for a year? Haven't touched this game in forever and now I can't play because I don't have the e-mail they sent a year ago and I work during their customer service hours. Oh well, maybe I can play this weekend.
