Hi all 
So I've just captured Suledin keep, and already had the Keep in Crestwood, but I'm not sure where/how to trigger the third Keep (I believe this final one would be run by an acquaintance of Cullen's, in line with the others being run by people who represent the other two advisors?)
If someone could advise, I'd muchly appreciate it!
There is Griffin Wing Keep out in the Western Approach.

Ive never triggered a quest as much as just went an took it over
Yeah just go and conquer ,, drive the children before thee and hear the lamentation of their women while you are at it.

You are required to go to the Western Approach at the latest during the main quest Here Lies the Abyss.
Am quite late in the game, so the area is definitely available
The Keep is in the northwestern corner of the map.
Just remember to crush thy enemies, drive their children before you, and hear the lamentation of their women.. If you do it is much better..
