I am writing here because I don't know aaanything about bannings it's never happened. I have never used a bot (not even really sure what they are) and I've never traded items, credits...or anything for that matter. I've never given my account info to anyone and I've never even levelled a character past level 38. I'm just a stay at home mom who plays star wars once in a while. I've never even PVP'd because I'm such a noob I wouldn't stand a chance. I never even got to figure out what all the buttons in game do let alone do anything wrong. It says the ban will never be lifted and an email has been sent, but I never got one and I'm soooo confused right now. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Unless Bioware changed the guidelines, F2P players are completely and utterly unable to post at that site. And you can get only *some* support if you spent 5 USD/EUR on ingame stuff. Appealing a ban is for an F2P-player nigh impossible due to that. It can be done, but it isn't user-friendly.

So I understand why he comes here.

Addendum: Riisika - if you have an microphone / headset, download Skype and call the following US-based number: 1-855-345-2186 (or it might be 1-345-2186 - that number isn't really clear). It *should* be free to call with Skype. It's the customer support technically for the US, but since there are further only in the UK, Germany and France (unless you live there - then see http://www.swtor.com...ad.php?t=780209for the numbers from it) customer support centers for SW:TOR, I highly recommend to use Skype and call the US-number.
