I doubt that they'd charge for something this simple. It'd be like the Black Emporium DLC.

And that's precisely what the black emporium used to cost.

I'm guessing the reason behind the forced casual wear is to make it easier for all the Skyhold related cutscenes- having all the armor choices might have caused clipping and such.

 

Plus they had to deal with multiple races while ME3 only had human Shepard

Everywhere the Inquisitor arrives, he/she is recognized by all. Even with a mask or bucket helmet, and wearing a old scout jacket. He/she is the highest ranking person of Southern Thedas, more powerfull than the kings and emperors. Where is his uniform that comes with the rank? They give him a badass sword but he only uses it to go Eddard Starke on his prisoners. 

 

I want a battle uniform and formal uniform for my inquisitor. Have the battle uniform scale with level. It is the inquisitor not a champion or chevalier, but the world changer.
