So I'm nearly finished with this quest, I just need to report to Leliana the fate of the magister. When I go to her location above the library she is there, but then disappears. Has anyone had this problem?

im having a problem with this quest but not at the same place... the mission on the ''board'' never appear... so i cant send spy... i guess this quest is just a big bug...
