And then laugh.
And cry some more.

Cory did alot of investigating after he got out of the prison and regained a lucid state,. not that unforeseeable he would learn about the qunari ad the dragon connection.
He's also a very powerful mage and could easily have learned stuff from the Fade.
That does sound plausible
. After having given it some thought this is really my only problem with Inquisition's story content, Corypheus is such a vault of information and we learn almost nothing more about the twisted bastard

.
Well we do learn his true name, he's extremely crafty and manipulative,,was able to get two powerful demons to help him, that he did indeed enter the Black City, that he tried to find the old magisters but could not find them, knows that there is a throne in the black city, has vast elven knowledge , was most likely the unknown entity at the end of Masked Empire(and thus why he moved away from his plan for the Elvuvians) and is the oldest racist in Thedas.

I wonder what all of Cory's possible insults he can throw at the inquisitor are. He also seems to threathen your LI if they are in the party during the final fight.

Confirmation on that he went to the black city is not really necessary after Legacy
. I do like the glimpses we learn about him, his real name from the war table and the glimpses of his state of mind when preparing to go to the black city from codex entries
. Both examples are information from text however. We could've for example gotten a vision in the fade of Corypheus' memories, giving us a glimpse of what he looked like and what he was like prior to going to the black city.
Generally I just think he should've made more appearances in the game.

Final boss fight.
"What are you, a Qunari? Your race is not even a race, it is a mistake."
Apparently the other races get similar lines, which would kind of sink that theory...though I've heard conflicting responses on that.
The elf line is "Look at you! Wearing slave markings on your face with pride!" and then a knock about how Tevinter took down the elves.

Words with no foundation are as useful as a mage with no healing spells.
I can't hear you while I'm throwin up muh barrier.

Spoiler
I don't remember it verbatim, but he says something like: "In my time, we called your people rats." If Solas is in the party he also says something like "Who is this scruffy creature? Another rat?"

I must have picked the wrong option on the war table because all I learned was the name of the House he was from and from the fade that he had a wife he had stopped seeing the closer he got to the spell that let them enter the City. I thought he would have made a great troll bad guy. I love his taunts in the final battle, I wish there had been more of that. He's unintentionally (I think) hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing when he took flight at Mythal's Temple.

Regarding Bull's theory and the Qunari, here's what I don't get. If the Qunari actively mixed in dragon blood, why are the hornless, i.e. less dragony, considered better? You'd think, if you went to all the trouble of adding dragon stuff to your people, you'd want more dragony features, not less. Perhaps it's the other way around. Perhaps, back before there was a Qun, the Kossith started trying to become more draconic, and as a result became more wild? Then one of their number decides that's the wrong direction to be heading and writes a philosophy all about order and control, creating a schism that ultimately leads to a civil war, which the followers of Koslun lose and are forced to flee...

It's because it's a genetic anomaly. They don't have a concept of genes yet, so when one is born with a presumably recessive genes resulting in a lack of horns, they presume there must be a reason. Saarebas also have their horns removed as a visual warning that they're mages and tal-vashoth remove them to show how scary they are. A qunari born hornless is one who is born looking amazingly bad***.
