[Captain Coffee]

I'm playing on 360 and have been playing since launch with no issues. Suddenly yesterday, whenever I try to go to Val Royeaux my disc magically becomes unreadable. But it doesn't affect any other places. Does anything like this happen to anyone else? I'm at the end of Josephine's personal quest and hoping to try that romance, so this is pretty annoying.
