Not sure if this was asked before so I'm going to say it, can we get a color wheel for your hair the current ones are disappointing and appear a little different once game starts I'd like to get blue hair.

This was something we asked for before the game came out and it is something we the players still want to farther create our own inquisitor. Adding something during character creation and a hair salon in game to change if we get bored with our choice or just want to change it.

I would vary much like to hear what other players think

Agreed! When I started creating my first character, I immediately thought it was a bit silly NOT to add a colour wheel for hair.

Hair looks so rubbish in this game, least they can do is let people choose the colour they want.

Ty and I agree the hair in all of bioware games looks like play-do

Bioware has said they didn't do that because they wanted player's hair to not be un-canon. Elves with Pink Hair, Dwarves with Blue Hair, it's just illogical and doesn't fit the world. Hair is one of those things that you can't just let be totally silly.

So they don't want uncanon hair colour but will then let us have whatever ridiculous eye colour we can think of? Seems a bit inconsistent. And is it canon to not have any form of hair that is actually black? I won't even go into the eyebrow colours...

I agree, a colour wheel would be great for getting the exact colour you want (that and more natural lighting in the character generator).

I'm thinking blue with black high lights

That makes no sense blush color, eyelash color and the ridiculous eye color variations there is no reason hair shouldn't have a color wheel besides the play-do that is biowares hair should be un-canon

Absolutely. Bioware is bad enough doing hair on thier own to begin with. Why not let the player have more control over it.

And like the OP said, not just the color but Highlights as well. In this day and age where most games are able to make much better haor and styles then anything bioware has put out, at least let us have highlights...lol

Some salt and pepper hair would be nice to be able to make for us older folks...lol

When I heard they where making dragons age inquisition I was hoping they would upgrade the graphics and there hair lil disappointed but at least the story and gameplay made it worth buying but the hair bothers me there's nothing new the styles choices are terrible and so are the color choices

Better hair would make me happier than the wheel. More hair where men's hair isn't part of the women's choices would really be great. But a wheel would be nice.

Agreed. And for the people who cry that it breaks lore, just don't use the colors.

Sexist. If I want a bald, fat American president with boobs, I should damn well be able to have her. Eh, in order words: I loved the amount of freedom that the Saints Row IV character creator allowed.

Color wheel? cute but not a priority for me (I always go for natural colour for hair).

The priority is having decent hairstyles, and not fiftheen shade of shaved/bald. And having aven masculine hairstyle, but without MALE BALDING SPOT.  <_<

It's not so much sexist as it is that they put them all together then say 'oh you have all these hairstyles' but if you are playing a feminine girl then half the hair is not suitable. I like that you can use whatever you want. Dragon's dogma did that and it was great. But they had way more hair than this and some were really cool looking. Less so for men I thought, but the women had decent choices. Here, I feel like counting the men in with all the hair made them lazy and so as I look we only have about six hairs that I would say are female. About four are unisex. Others are kind of extreme like bald or mohawk (that one looked hot on my male). It's just them giving you less that the majority would use for that sex but making it look like more. And actually, I would say the men can actually use more of the hair than women. Women with male hair ends up being bald, mohawked, receding hairlines... bald could be cool - Like Jack in ME2 but it's not something the majority would pick. That's my point. We should have better choices and don't count the rare ones people might use as 'but we have so many hair options'

I'd be happy with a color wheel for hair just within the natural spectrum of colors.  It would be nice to have, say, black hair that doesn't look grey most of the time.  Or blonde hair with auburn highlights.   Or salt-n-pepper hair tones.  Stuff like that.

Best character creator ever goes to saint's row. I can't what 'till re-relected is released; love that game.

I agree, it would have been nice and I don't see why they limited us so much in that regard.  Even if they didn't want us to use out there colours they could have just limited us to using the colour wheel only with the more natural colours like we already can choose from but the wheel would make it so we can choose a better shade and have a little more variety.  Also, y'know, maybe make the black hair black.

I was hoping for new and better hairstyles and facial hair but a color wheel is definitely a step in the right direction.

So you have magic that can totally change bodies (see Krem discussion) but it's totally illogical to change hair colour?
