Well, you implied that my opinion is garbage and that I should leave the forum. I take that personally. Maybe you should try following your own principles before you start preaching them to others.

I am a (disgruntled) Bioware fan that doesn't like this game and I will state that as often as I feel fit. I will leave when I have completely given up on Bioware. Accept it.

She did nothing of the sort. Natashina told you what she did when she found herself in a position relatively similar to your own. Anything more than that is a product of your imagination.

Your opinion as expressed is certainly obnoxious.

Keep on speaking truth to power though.

Troll status: Achieved.

Case in point.

The negativity about this game must really be getting on your nerves.

Expansion has been confirmed as not happening, due to the extraordinary costs. Story DLC is in though, so there is that to look forward to. The first of which is a timed exclusive for Xbox one.

not happy about the timed exclusive thing.. but hopefully we will get some long and awesome Story DLC's at least

I'm actually really happy. DAI is a great game, and the negativity you reference isn't actually a thing, outside of a few potstirring trolls here on the BSN. You're yelling and screaming, and trying to make things sound terrible, but the evidence suggests that Bioware released one of the best games they have in a long time, and most people are taking notice. Your grandstanding is annoying, but easy enough to ignore (something I'm quite content to go back to doing).

The entertainment of it all is actually speeding up what would otherwise be a very slow afternoon in the office, so thank you to everyone involved  :)

Hardly, it doesn't bother me at all. If anything I pity you, you seem miserable.

Can we all agree that the ps4/xbox1 market is the key market that ea will look at when it comes to the next da game. Also more than likely some dlc is already in the works and after that we will know where we stand

What is curious is the tv marketing for this game. I see/saw much more advertising for gta, clash of clans, diablo, far cry etc. harder to get noticed if you dont advertise but that budget might have been spent elsewhere.

Its bioware and bethesda that are the companies i support the most and are always my first choices to seek out information on

You are the one throwing fits and yelling and screaming because you can't accept my opinion.

DA:I is the worst game that Bioware has ever produced IMO, but I do agree that DA:I has been better received than ME3 or DA2. Anyway, if you think my opinion is annoying, then that is your problem. :)

I think you are the one that needs pity, seeing that your social skills prevent you from accepting opinions that differ from your own. :)

FYI, "disgruntled" is not synonymous with "miserable".

It came out halfway through November too, wouldn't that make a difference? Idk. If some of those games had longer times to rack up sales? I'm pretty stupid when it comes to this sort if thing though so who knows.

I'm guessing you didn't play Sonic Chronicles

Edit: Shouldn't actually knock them for that too bad, seeing as the MC score is 74. If that's your low point, you're doing something right. Plus, circumstances.

I don't know the numbers, or how they were tallied (or, for that matter if this has already been covered in this thread) but wouldn't the fact that it wasn't available for the first week or so of November have had a pretty dramatic impact on its total sales for the month? Perhaps even the PC players who returned it over Origin because of some of the issues with the game?

Evidently a great many people in this thread lack the fundamental social skills necessary to comprehend your opinion that the VGAs started in 2014.

I'm only guessing, having skimmed the thread, but I doubt most people care what your opinion is nearly as much as they care how you express it.

Case in point: I don't really know what your opinion is (since I haven't read back that far) I only know that you see it as different from others. Having a different opinion from others is pretty much the norm in a BSN thread, so I'm not sure how any one could be anything but accustomed to that, at this point.

He or she doesn't seem to have an opinion that's actually relevant to the thread. Mostly he or she is just unhappy that the game appears to be doing well.

That seems to be it. And then because that seems to be the minority opinion, anyone who thinks otherwise apparently fails to comprehend other peoples opinions, has no social skills and is a troll. heh, ok.

Unfortunately he is hardly the only unsavory character lounging in every thread.

Hi guys - obviously it's a drag not to see DAI on that top 10 list for November. I can't really give any figures of course...However, from what I know about the sales numbers (a) DAI is doing great and well ahead of it's predecessors, and a significant percentage of sales of DAI are digital and not tracked by NPD. If anything, I'm more worried about the weird signals this chart sends to the market about DAI, as opposed to the reality of our unit sales :)

When I look at that top ten list I see a lot of games that simply appeal to mega-audiences. Military shooters and sports games are wildly popular. If what you say about Dragon Age Inquisition sales is true, then I am very glad to hear it. Despite any criticism I've leveled against the game, I believe it is truly awesome, and I'm heartened to hear that making a game like this is economically viable.

If true, this is reassuring to hear.

PC numbers weren't mentioned in the NeoGaf post, which most likely means they haven't been calculated by NDP.

NPD tracks physical retail sales for PC.

I don't know why they weren't included in the leaked numbers, however. Those numbers are confidential, so you're at the mercy of whoever decides to leak them.

This entire thread is pointless. The data support no conclusions.

That's not true.

The conclusion supported is that DAI did not outsell any of the titles on the list in the formats tracked (US physical retail for all platforms).

Not coincidentally, that's what the numbers claim to represent.

I don't know if it flopped commercially but it created DA2 and ME3 levels of hate with people declaring Bioware dead as a brand.

Every BioWare game does that, though.

I think NWN was successful, but BioWare was still at a dead end with the D&D license.
