Hey guys ! I thought this might help.

At first I also got this problem until I notice someone said its a mesh problem.. So I try to change my setting.. And now my female elf arms is no longer twisted!

Options - Graphics - Mesh Quality (I put this at Ultra when I got this problem.. After I changed it to High, the arms is no longer twisted!)

At least it works for me.. I play it on PC btw..

Sorry, no screenshot.. Too lazy for it.. But, trust me.. It works!

Apparently your Elf inquisitor shows a similar birth defect as this guy (from scary movies)

Think of it this way... all you need to do is to show your mangy little hand to the main antagonist to kill him out of horror of seeing such deformity.
