Maybe it's been suggested already, but there are so many operations, and they take a while (during which I'm out doing stuff, or maybe not even playing the game), and when I come back I generally can't really remember what the mission was I sent my agents out on. Especially when the debrief is a letter from one NPC to another, without much hint of the original context.
It's not a problem with the writing, just the presentation of info. If the de-brief came attached to the original briefing, I think it'd make these kind of forgettable operations a lot more satisfying.
Just a suggestion.
