Ok firstly i want to say im enjoying this game, alot actually. Compared to the abomination that DA2 was this is great, content wise that is. But...

UI/controls
-Click to move/click to interact. Seriously fire the person/s that thought it was a good idea to skip this. This is not a FPS(ME2/3)

-More ability slots in UI.    Why only 8, way to few unless the later ones are meant to replace the later ones like in D3. We want to be able to use all of our abilities.

-Add Tactics system.   The current one compared to the ones in previous games is just non existent. Bring the old one back. This is another of these points where the person responsible for this decision deserves to be fired.

- Valuables, remove research items and other useful stuff that is needed for quest or requisition, simply make a quest tab. It is rather annoying when you sell valuable quest stuff by accident

I would consider all of these changes mandatory for the game not to go on my nerves constantly.

PS. As a side note why the monster scaling? Why not let players feel stronger? It takes away lot of the joy of leveling up. One of my very best combat moments in DAO was when i got crushing prison for the first time and i used it on a Emmisionary and it just died. It felt wonderful. Now combat takes forever and you have to spend tons of time dealing with every little mook. Abilities feel to weak. Especially spells.

Smoother animations please. Let our characters get off the ground faster and to stop attacking faster so I can stutter-step. I hate this animation locking, it's really irritating.

The mouse is overloaded already with tactics and source of problems, there was no consideration for any additional mouse buttons or keyboard keys as part of a bigger issue.

The animation models fell behind schedule along with most of the RPG elements there is a twitter post on this.  However, the notice is more of a modest commitment to fix issues.  We can only hope, as there is real worth in the system and no reason it can not be fixed for the next generation game, so polish the models here and no F-ups in the next game!
