Ensure you are NOT wearing collectors edition or special armor.



I had a 100% lockup (infinite loading screen) in the citadel rapid transit system while wearing anything but the default (normal) armor

also make sure you are not using any special weapons (collectors edition, etc)



I had 100% infinite load screen issue (15 attempts) and was able to pass it via going to normal equipment.



Now if Only I could exit out of reading my email.. for some reason on the normandy, when I check unread messages, I get stuck. clicking the back button does nothing, and neither does escape.
