Following the quest to the letter, no matter how many times I go around the statue clockwise the Demon just isn't spawning/triggering.

 

can anyone provide any assistance?

One change compared to when I've done it in the past is there is vegetation on the statue now so my right hand can't brush past the part which has triggered it in the past, I've turned graphic settings down and such but that doesn't remove the vegetation.

You'll have to stay as close as you can to the pillar, walking slowly of course. Putting your followers on hold might help so they don't stumble around when you are doing it.

Been doing all of that, hugging it as close as possible, followers on hold and stood away and still nothing triggering T___T

It is probably a PC issue then? I've done it three times on Xbone with no problems.

*Using the 360 controller on PC* Done it on all my other characters perfectly but don't recall this vegetation being on the statue last time I did it, were it is, is normally where the demon triggered as my right hand brushed past the statue but with the vegetation blocking it, I can't do that this time around

I've done it 3 times on PC with vegetation and no issues. Just run around 3 times as fast as you can, don't take too long.

You done it since the recent patch and hotfix?

It wouldn't be a surprise if the patch introduced new issues.

I litterally, just loaded an old save went to that quest, picked up the quest, and summoned grandaddy, with vegetation and stuff. No issues.

Gone back to Haven, saved my game and exited completely, gonna come back to it in a bit, its really frustrating me now as on all my other characters have had zero issues.

Finally worked, it took running around it at very weird angles -___-
