Hi everyone :)

Just looking for an odd tip or two really!

I have about 3000 in the bank at the moment, in game, and was wondering if anyone had any advice about good loot to sell, where it's located etc.

Just a bit of direction would be much appreciated ^_^

If you're playing pc you can do the gather money quest and then alt tab to move forward a day to you can instantly gather money. Later on when you get the blade of suvelin quest when you go to the ruins there's a bunch of treasure chests. Each one contains either 200+ gold or tier 3 gear you can sell for a lot. Just make sure to leave at least one item per chest and when you leave and come back it'll refill, allowing you to farm money, gear and schematics.

Grab the inventory expansions so you can hold 90 items, and just loot everything you come across. Chests, enemies, etc. Sell the stuff you don't need. I ended up getting over 100k during my last playthrough, and had 40k or so left over by the end of it.

Take the war table operation; change the date to tommorow; change it back to today; pick up gold from the completed opperation.

Repeat as necessary

For me, I had to start table mission, change time, complete mission, change time back. If I didn't complete the mission before changing back, it didn't do anything and at one point, it ended up saying 24 hours to complete a resource mission.

Save for exploits, the fastest way to earn money is to go out into the world, killing things, take their stuff, and pawn it.  I like to call it "adventuring".

I had one go from a couple hours to 18 hours because of this, so I collect my stuff before changing the clock again.

Before I did the exploit, which was more to get that "Search for The Hero of Fereldan" mission out of the way. - 14 hours! Got to be joking! - I managed to get that achievement/trophy for getting 50,000 gold across all play throughs in my first play through just by "adventuring".

Do sidequests Visit all areas. Search everywhere and everything.. Sell all you and companions can't or won't wear. Don't use traders.

I am at the end of the game and have over 100k gold.
