I have never seen anything like that in the game. It doesn't really fit the style? It might be in upcoming DLC maybe? That or it was cut. Where did you get these pictures?

Not seen anything like those. Are you sure these aren't multiplayer screens? I *think* they have more unique armour, right? Or perhaps modders messing around with their game?

Yes they are from multiplayer, but in singleplayer elvhes of Mythal's Temple wear it too. Maybe there are somewhere somehow available in sp too

The second image, there are elves around Skyhold that wear that armor. Not sure if the PC can get it, but there were some Dalish in it around the steps near the tavern.
