In mass effect three there a at least a few aquatic species. No where on the old citadel was the any mentions of aquatic wards. With a diplomatic purpose based around the citadel in the game it would make sense to suite all species with there natural environment. Now this brings me to the topic of aquatic wards in mass effect 4 an aquatic ward would offer very interesting gameplay opportunities and would just in general be a fun place to be. What do you think?

It would, Great Idea. But not a Fully Aquatic Ward, just like Kahje(The Hanar Homeworld), in which we have access to the "Dome" part of the Ward and outside, there are the Water Species. Or even Like Manaan in KotOR game, a surface part where there could be Embassies/Travelers/Visitors/People on Special Business, etc,etc and the Deep Part of the Planet, only with Water.
