I got Dragon Age: Origins on the PC when it launched last year, the collector's edition. With that I created a Bioware Social Network account so I could redeem my promo codes.

I recently bought Mass Effect 2 on the Xbox360 and the instructions lead me back to the Social Network site (via masseffect.com --> redeem code button) but on paper (on the instructions) it's written as an EA Online account.

Are these both the same?

Also, in my Social Network account profile, under my registered game promotions, it lists all the promo codes I have redeemed with my copy of DA:O. However it lists 2 Blood Dragon armors for Mass Effect 2: one for the PC, which has a download link to go with it, and the other for the Xbox360. Did redeeming the code for my PC version of DA:O unlock the Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2 on both the PC and the Xbox360?

BioWare Social Network accounts are linked to EA accounts.  By redeeming codes on this website it will tie them to that EA account.  We display your Xbox gamer tags on the redeem code page so you can see if you are redeeming a code to the Xbox account tied to your current EA account.

The Blood Dragon Armor code for Dragon Age Origins unlocks Blood Dragon Armor for both platforms for Mass Effect 2.

I've done this too, I connect to Cerberus with my xbox but none of the DLC codes i redeemed are there. Help?

There may be other reasons that your content isn't showing up in Cerberus - if your content is showing up correctly on the redeem code page that Jeff linked, then this site is working as expected and you should check in the platform-specific tech support forums.

J`ai acheter Bioware point., dans mon contenu enregistrer ces afficher mais je peux loader, ca fait 1 semaine que j`écris et personne chez EA GAMES ne repond. Ces le meme compte j`ai acheter 2 contenus téléchageable et je peux pas les avoir. Rien ne s`affiche non plus dans le jeu Dragon Age.
