Is a shame so many people detest her for not being a traditional "woe is me" elf, how dare she see herself as a person 1st

I absolutely love Sera. As posted above, a breath of fresh air compared to the all the 'elfy' elves.

Sera's a nice change from the "I've seen far too much in my life" dour heads. Gave her knives and stealth build too, it made more sense . A brat that doodles butts is a welcome change.

Well, to start, she said she was a kid in Denerim during the blight, so she's in her early twenties at most. People that age are almost obligated to make stupid decisions. She's just a bit of an extreme case.

Bit on extreme case you say. More likely that she  was dumped on the head few times or some darkspawn tried to use her as a woman thus leaving Sera half mad.

Breeches typically referred to actual pants not loincloths or underwear.

Sera is, by far, the worst of the 9 companions.  You should be able to kill her when you meet her, instead of just turning her away.

Oh just go in some of the other threads here, particularly the ones predicting Bioware's doom due to Inquisition's "failure", and ask people where they get their ****. I'm certain they'll hook you up .
