Hi! I've been playing for almost 30 hours now and I've bought all the 4 perks for new conversation options.

 

I'm a bit concerned, though, because I have'nt found any single occasion to use it yet. Are those perks bugged or are the chances to use them very scarce? (Please, no spoilers )

It's kind of deceptive since the areas you use them are not necessarily main plot - I've used my Arcane Knowledge perk the most overall though out of the 4. Gave me an interesting option when passing judgement on a prisoner >.>

 

I can imagine the nobility one will be pretty helpful during a certain plot point.

Collectively, i used the new dialogue options maybe a total of ~10 times. Very rare. I dont see it affecting much im afraid, as more than half were just you showing off knowledge for no real reason

Yeah, they don't come up super often, but when they do they are hella useful. So far I've seen them mostly in agent recruitment, companion quests, and judgments.
