Im sure its been mentioned but a lot of people are reporting that some trophies/achievements are not being awarded despite meeting the requirements. Its affecting all platforms.

Known bugged trophies:

Inquisitor

Persuasive

Dragons Bane

There may be more, these are just the ones Ive seen people mentioning. Dragon Bane is bugged for me as well.

My concern is that even if this is fixed, will I have to fulfill the requirements for any bugged trophies a second time? Because I have no intention of starting a 3rd playthrough that would require the amount of time necessary to defeat all 10 dragons again.
