I really thought about ignoring this, because I really didn't think I'd have to explain the definition of community in a gaming community. Apparently I was wrong, but I think I'll let you learn how to fish, instead of giving you one.

So, in the spirit of education, here you go: Community. Be a dear, and tell me where I have to include the whole world in that definition? I also hope that abstract concepts aren't beyond you, but I fear that that faith will have to be demonstrated, rather than simply given, all things considered.

Uh, the Qun wasn't really modified. Krem lives like a man and identifies as one. The Warden fought like a man but still identified and may have acted as a woman, which is why Sten was confused. It's really easy to explain, actually.

 

Just no. Sten was confused because the Hero of Ferelden had female genitalia but acted out a role reserved for people with male genitalia. If the whole choosing to be a man thing was real then Sten wouldn't have even been remotely confused by the Hero of Ferelden being a woman who fights. Maybe he would have asked why she didn't bind her breasts or something, but he wouldn't have been so gobsmacked about her being both a fighter and a woman.

 

The very basis for the Qun is that nature determines one's suitability. Letting someone choose to be something other than what nature assigned them is completely inapposite to the Qun.

Because the inquisitor isn't allowed to visit the brothel his/her advisors advised him/her against doing that of screen. Thats why we only desecrate graves out in the middle of nowhere for keys and not in Val Royeaux.

I'm sorry, until you quoted me with some outrageous hyperbole about what I said, I never once sought to engage you in conversation. I replied to you with all the consideration the post was due. Perhaps if you'd approached this dialog differently, you'd have gotten a different response, which is, of course, self evident, if you check the response the person I was engaged with got. Instead, you chose to engage me with hyperbole. So yes, I saw how you wanted to go about the discussion, and accommodated you. Perhaps, in the future, if you wish to have a civil discourse, you will approach it civilly, instead of with ridiculous hyperbole in an attempt to make someone else look stupid?
