Strolling through Val Royeaux, I noticed all the noble's bodyguards all seem to be decked out in the same red robes/hoods with masks that were in the Mage Gear DLC back in DA2, but I've never seen them turn up in shops. Is there anywhere I can get them?

The armour is called "Orlesian Army Battlemage Armour". You can buy its schematic in Val Royeaux, at the shop in the southeast corner of the market.
The armour is restricted to humans, so if you're an Elf/Qunari mage, Dorian is the only one who can use it.
