Have an existing ea account and it won't let me login let alone reset in anyway. Made a new account however already have games on old account and it won't let me update the xboxlive gamertag associated with my new account since it already exists on the old account. How can I get this changed for the new account so I can use my gamestop promo code and have it show up in my game?
