In the Gods of Secrets quest each time you pick up an organ as the dead rise one can hear a ME3 banshee scream.

Fot a moment, the first time I heard it, I hoped to actually see one to watch my Inquisitor go dragon rampage on her....but alas...no such luck.

Yeah, I noticed that too.  I've also heard something that sounded similar to the Banshee's scream in combat with Terror demons.  Sometimes the Demon Commander in DA MP too.

Lol excluding the difference in technology, Specters would **** on wardens. Alistair makes them all look bad. As did the inquisition's basic forces shitting on them with ease in those cutscenes. I was rather surprised.

The only person that can even remotely compete in their lineup is Morrigan. She beats Samara easily. In power, personality, etc.

tbf, the Inquisition's forces aren't exactly your run-of-the-mill troops.  As Cullen mentions, there were Templars training the recruits, and the Templars themselves are very well-trained too.  By the time you attack Adamant, the Inquisition is a military force to be reckoned with, giving even Tevinter and Nevarra a moment of pause when seeing their banners.  Hell, if you choose to fortify Wycome (only available through Dalish backstory), once the armies of the Free Marcher nobility saw the Inquisition's banners, they immediately backed off.

Plus, how does Alistair make the Wardens look bad?

I hear screaming mostly from my bedroom at night.

I heard it as well but couldn't believe it because I started hearing the scream all too often after hitting MP for hours on end.

Is this in single player or just MP? That quest doesn't sound familiar to me at all.

It's in the story.  iirc, the quest is only available through the Exalted Plains as a follow-up to the quest you get from the Keeper of a Dalish clan there to study runes in the area.  It unlocks a new area on the world map that is called the Temple of Dirthamen, or something like that.  It's located to the east of Val Royueax on the Orlais side of the world map.

Firstly, they're still rather new and mostly unproven compared to the legendary wardens with darkspawn blood coarsing through their veins and who kill those bastards on a daily basis. No one on Thedas wants their job. The Inquisition forces shouldn't have been beating their ass that badly. Especially when trained by Templars, who while they are said to be some of the best warriors in Thedas, lets be real. Most of them fight and hunt down twinkle fingers in bathrobes, and a few may occasionally fight a demon or two on their hunts.

Second, how doesn't he? Alistair just isn't a cold blooded ruthless warrior. Dude's a child. I love him to death, but he just isn't that guy.

Templars are trained to fight demons and abominations, both of which are difficult to take down, according to the lore.  Inquisition soldiers have had to fight Red Templars, Venatori, and demons.  As much as I like the Wardens, the taint in and of itself isn't much of an advantage, and darkspawn are mindless creatures, not thinking, intelligent fighters.  Their strength purely lies in their own physical strength their numbers.  Also, Cullen states multiple times during the battle that they can't hold out against the Wardens for long, especially since the Warden ranks are supplemented by demons.  The fact that the Inquisition's forces managed to breach Adamant's defenses doesn't mean munch since 1) it has only been proven against darkspawn forces, not trained and disciplined military forces, and 2) the fortress is centuries old, meaning it wasn't designed to hold up against modern-day siege engines.

The main trait of the Wardens is that they are willing to sacrifice themselves to defend others, which is a trait the Alistair shares.  Duncan can be considered to be a model Warden, and even he was cold-blooded ruthless.  Besides, Wardens recruit based on a person's fighting skills, not whether or not they can make the hard decisions.  Not to mention that if you harden Alistair, he's better suited to make hard decisions than if he's left unhardened.

Even my 6 year old knew that was a banshee's scream. He was watching me play and I was fighting demons and one screamed. My 6 year old said "that sounded like a reaper" I said "a banshee, yes, your right." Lol made me so proud *wipes tear*

BioWare re-use many of their sound assests between their games. Much of the ambient sound in ME2 and ME3 originates in Orzammar from DA:O for instance.
