So I did the requisition for the guard tower, but I can't seem to figure out where to go to make the choice on which tower I want.

Is Skyhold that big, that you can't find the upgrade thingy, to a "Watchtower" nonetheless? Not to mention a quest marker pops up on the map once you the requisition thingy. "Sigh"
