The point I am trying to make is, IDC if the other races, like Elf, Qunari and Dwarves bodies are set in stone. That's fine, lore wise it's fine. But since humans can be so various, as we see so many various sized NPCs, give the humans body shapes or a body slider.

I do not like muscular mages. I don't. I didn't like it in TES, I wouldn't accept it in Dragon's Dogma so I didn't build my body that way, etc.

I do not really like muscular humans to begin with either.

In Skyrim, my warriors are all lean, not super muscular, with broad shoulders, and my rogues are also lean.

My mages are always kind of on the skinny scraggily side.

I understand the thing about the elves, dwarves, and qunari. But humans being the various race they are could have been given a basic body slider.

There are no body sliders because there are multiple races. making rigging easier.

I usually avoid make up because the fempc always ends up looking like a clown, but I actually liked how it came out on my dalish elf inquisitor because it complimented the face tattoo (whatever that thing is called).

They would be Vallaslin - Senior!

I'm sad this thread lacks pics of buff-quisitors.

It does look a little odd at first especially if you have been staring at a petite elf for almost 120 hours like I have.

I don't. A Mage Isn't Suppose to have a Six Pack.

I'm a scholar.

I grew up in solitude working on magic. I am going to be a tiny little dude.

I don't see a six pack? They are well built because, well, fantasy, but being a Mage doesn't mean you are automatically a scrawny nerd. Sure, choosing body type would be nice, but I suspect that's far more to do with ressource management than Bioware hating people who aren't fit or something.

Plus, my Mage was a Knight-Enchanter, and his body suited that role perfectly.

i really hate this "all mages are weaklings" stereotype, i prefer mages who will first beat the crap out of you and then set you on fire, and then they'll bench press your corpse :D

And I hate the notion that if someone is skinny they are a weakling. It has more to do with the fact that the main Inquisitor just screams hero complex. In every game we have from COD to Shadows of Mordor. The main hero is always some broad shoulder guy, with muscles. Its to typical to, stereotypical. Skinny doesn't have to mean weak. I'm a skinny guy and still can pick up a couch or help move junk around. Skinny doesn't equal weak, it's just less typical hero is a buff muscular dude.
