The 5th key never showed up in searching the tombs.  However, the updates were sandwiched in between my starting and not completing the quest.  At one point a tomb locked up with all veil fire torches lit, the door was still locked and while backing up solved that issue; something affected the looting so that the 5th key never appeared.
