I had stuck in this quest for long time, where I had found FOUR Apostate Caches already, and the last one, the marker shown on the map is right next to the Winterwatch (the workthrough also said the Cache is just outside the Winterwatch). Unfortunately, I had walked arround Winterwatch for many times, but I can't find it. The quest marker was found on the mid-level of the mountain next to the Winterwatch, but I can't find any road to go up there.....

 

Is the Apostate Cache finds on the mid-level or the mountain .......or its really outside the Winterwatch?

Outside closer to where you find RITTS the agent and rather close to the lvl 12 rift
