So I am asking for tips and tricks for beginners (yes I am n00b) but in ME3 MP I love the Asari Vanguard and Krosent for grenades and am looking for a similar feeling class to get warmed up to in MP.

 

I am basically asking for you to enable my laziness help me be less rubbish for my first few matches. 

 

Plz halp, will pay in cookies NOT cooked with arsenic.

Arcane Warrior is the easy mode class, have decent ranged, an excelent melee and a area of effect stunlock.

 

If you like to toss AoE powers the elementalist is your guy but beware because have low survivality if you focus too much in dealing pain.

The character that reminds me of the the KroSent would be Luka the Alchemist.

Krogan sentinel was more of a tank/melee toon, not a real power throwing type like the human sent.  Legionnaire is the closest equivalent imo.

You only begin the game with 3 classes so you sound like an Archer. Since you like 'nade spam, they have a Alchemist. Since you want to be lazy AND 'nade spam, your designation is a Hunter.

I promoted my elementalist yesterday and noticed that I was using more health potions on him at a low level than I was at a high level.  I realized it had to be Death Siphon keeping his health constantly high, so I went to get that as quickly as possible and it made his survivability go way up.

Those two characters are nothing like each other. Alchemist armor is made of marshmallows, elemental grenades may as well be marshmallows. Flask of frost lasts for a few seconds and has a long cooldown.

Krogans were invincible if played right, lift grenades cleared spawns, you could target properly with them and they had no cooldown. Tech armor granted permanent damage reduction, could be detonated and had a tiny cooldown.

If you're looking for a bruisery spawn-nuker with a pretty straightforward combo, I'd probably recommend the Templar.  Primary difference being that Templar has self-centered AoE clear instead of ranged AoE clear and that damage is a lot more attritiony in this game.

I'll have to agree on the Elementalist. Lots of skills available for grenade (AoE) spam like Stonefist and Immolate and decent survivability with Barrier and Death Syphon. Probably not as great until you get a decent staff, but he still debuffs the battlefield in all sorts of ways depending on your skill choice.

There's a lot of ways to build him, too. I know there's at least two threads around on that topic. Go teamwork!

Just play the game, it isn't super hard or anything and you get classes pretty quick.

Templar is kinda like a sentinel.  Tanky; and if you squint, her WoH/Purge is kinda like Tech Armour.
