I've encountered an extremely annoying glitch during Here Lies the Abyss.
I'm a completionist, so my party was definitely over leveled for the quest. Whenever I use Varric or my Inquisitor, who are my highest DPS, the character gets stuck in the wall and I may or may not (usually not) be able to switch to another party member. The only thing I can think of is that doing too much damage for scripted encounters (i.e. certain phrases or enemies spawning at certain times as the boss weakens) causes a problem for the game. Or maybe it's just too much going on? I don't know.

Has anybody else had this issue? I am playing on XBox One.
Not too big of an issue this time around since the battle is short, but I'm worried about later quests that take much longer. I had to replay this section around 5-6 times before it finally went.

I haven't had that, But ive had bosses get stuck on the spot and not attack me.

I had that issue happen with Alexius. He teleported to place behind the closed door I came in and I couldn't do anything. That was an awesome quest.
I haven't had anything gamebreaking until just recently. The game started freezing a few times and the dialogue glitch is more and more apparent.

I've had a few glitches on my XB1 but none that you've described. The most recent is that all the decorations in skyhold and a few companions have started spontaneously disappearing into thin air now that I have beat the main campaign and the remaining companions I can't talk to, and they only reappear after I leave sky hold and then come back, only to start disappearing again after a few minutes.

The biggest issue ive had is my game crashes every now and then, mostly when i click on companions.
